We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our fast growing and dynamic global IT consulting company.

Job Description
Our mid-sized Pharmaceutical client seeks a SharePoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps Support Analyst for a long-term role on their SharePoint team. This individual will utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support the SharePoint environment and initiatives.
Skills and Requirements
The Support Analyst will work with business users to develop mature SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box functionality. Test custom functionality for developers. Assist clients to design both new sites and make modifications to existing sites utilizing out of the box functionality. Handle support calls. Assist users with access issues, leveraging web parts, error identification, investigation and resolution. Assist migration of documents from file shares. Provide guidance to business units on structure of their sites. Provide training in SharePoint and communicate weekly with client base on tips, tricks and best practices.
Desired Skills and Requirements
Thorough understanding of SharePoint 2013 Enterprise (preferably SharePoint 2010 as well, for legacy systems). Knowledge of the way SharePoint interfaces with Office 2013 products, especially Outlook. Understanding of the elements of implemented SharePoint solutions including templates, master pages, style libraries, and web part libraries. Must have working knowledge of SharePoint out of the box functionality and web services. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills. Analytical troubleshooting and systematic testing skills. Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, and/or Episerver is preferred.
