Sally Kady
Business Unit Manager

Sally Kady is responsible for leading Axians in the US, which includes overseeing sales, marketing, and recruiting. Her background consists of more than twenty years of increasing responsibility within the IT consulting industry, including business development, account management, and partner network building. Sally has extensive experience in strategic growth, customer and consultant relationship management, and consultative solutions across a number of core verticals and industries. With a strong commitment to clients and consultants, she has successfully provided consulting services by becoming a trusted advisor to drive continued value to customer organizations. Sally has been active in a number of industry associations.

Jim Coleman
Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Jim Coleman is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic global businesses at Axians. His background includes positions of increasing responsibility in Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Consumer Health, GAB Robins Group, and Exxon Corporation, where he managed diverse and complex projects in global infrastructure and client services. Jim graduated from Springfield College and holds a BS in computer information systems management. He has been an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and a previous board member of Hunterdon Medical Center.

Ruby Esteban
Head of Business Administration

Ruby Esteban is responsible in leading business administration for Axians US operations. Her background includes eighteen years in the IT consulting industry managing the financial aspect of the business. Ruby holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a BS in accounting. Ruby is experienced in managing the financial health of organizations in various IT industries, such as life sciences, the public sector, insurance, and telecommunications.

Lester Cummings
Manager, Talent Acquisition

Lester Cummings is responsible for managing the acquisition of high-quality talent for Axians in the US, including maintaining a sophisticated candidate database, establishing the pipeline for matching role-specific candidates to client needs, and aiding in the development of all acquired talent. He brings twelve years of talent acquisition and recruiting expertise and eight years of technical sales experience to this role, with extensive knowledge of IT solutions and consulting. Prior to his position with Axians, Lester was VP of Sales at Henson Group, Team Lead at The Blackwell Group and DISYS, and has held roles at Conchango, Starpoint Solutions, and Omnicom Group. Lester holds a BS in psychology from Upsala College and studied computer operations at Chubb Institute. He is a member of SHRM and HCI and is a coach and athletic director for the Essex County Catholic Youth Organization and member of the American Motorcyclist Association.

Scott Hibbard
Head of Service Delivery

Scott Hibbard is the Head of Service Delivery at Axians. In this role, Scott leads the development of services and ensures their successful delivery. Scott has nearly thirty years of information technology experience, most notably in the healthcare industry for the likes of Novartis. In these roles, he created and managed enterprise-level solutions, global programs, and teams. His areas of experience include application development and usability, business workflow and process automation, cybersecurity, data analytics and visualization, enterprise architecture, process engineering, project and program management, and service management. Scott has a degree in computer science from Seton Hall University, a web master certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and several other industry accreditations. Scott is also a professional audio engineer who designs large commercial audio systems and services live musical events.

Chris Loney
Director of Global Services

Chris Loney acts as the global head of the EPMO and PMaaS offices and leader of the change management and communication management programs at Axians. His wide-reaching expertise extends from ISRM, M&A, and global supply chain management to customer satisfaction, lean process optimization, and many other areas that support information technology and business growth initiatives. Before Axians, Chris worked at Nokia and served in the US Army and held several leadership positions, including regional project management office head, senior global manager of supply chain customer quality, and global manager of product data and lifecycle management. Two of his most notable achievements include: 1) designing, implementing, and managing award-winning global customer supply chain quality, corrective action, and preventative action systems, and 2) acting as the senior subject-matter expert on the largest global process and software change in company history. Chris holds certifications from multiple institutions including Cornell, Notre Dame, Harvard, Karrass, PMI, ASCM/APICS, ITIL, IpX, Scrum Alliance, and Toastmasters International.
