Sally Kady
Business Unit Manager

Sally is responsible for leading Axians in the US including Sales, Marketing and Recruiting. Her background includes over 20 years of increasing responsibility within the IT Consulting industry including business development, account management and building a partner network. Sally has extensive experience in strategic growth, customer and consultant relationship management and consultative solutions across a number of core verticals and industries. With a strong commitment to clients and consultants, she has successfully provided consulting services by becoming a trusted advisor to drive continued value to customer organizations.  Sally has been active in a number of industry associations.

Jim Coleman
Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Jim Coleman is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic global businesses. His background includes increasingly responsible positions in Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Consumer Health, GAB Robins Group and Exxon Corporation where he managed diverse and complex projects in global infrastructure and client services. Jim graduated from Springfield College and holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems Management. He has been an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and a previous board member of Hunterdon Medical Center.

Ruby Esteban
Head of Business Administration

Ruby is responsible in leading the Business Administration of the Axians US operations. Her background includes 18 years in the IT consulting industry managing the Financial aspect of the business. Ruby holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and has a BS Degree in Accounting. Ruby is experienced in managing the financial health of various IT industries such as Life Sciences, Public Sector, Insurance and Telecommunications.

Lester Cummings
Manager, Talent Acquisition

Lester is responsible for managing the acquisition of high-quality talent for Axians in the US, including maintaining a sophisticated candidate database, establishing the pipeline for matching role-specific candidates to client needs, and aiding in the development of all acquired talent. He brings twelve years of talent acquisition and recruiting expertise and eight years of technical sales experience to this role, with extensive knowledge of IT solutions and consulting. Prior to his position with Axians, Lester was VP of Sales at Henson Group, Team Lead at The Blackwell Group and DISYS, and has held roles at Conchango, Starpoint Solutions, and Omnicom Group. Lester holds a BS degree in Psychology from Upsala College and studied Computer Operations at Chubb Institute. He is a member of SHRM and HCI and is a coach and athletic director for the Essex County Catholic Youth Organization and member of the American Motorcyclist Association.
